Description

HYB 237-05-02 has specificity for human protein C.   HYB 237-05-02 has been successfully used in ELISA and Western blot procedures. HYB 237-05-02 reacts strongly with protein C. Strong reaction is seen in sandwich ELISA in combination with a biotin labeled antigen against protein C, or in combination with at polyclonal antibody against human Protein C. In Western blotting after SDS-PAGE HYB 237-05-02 reacts with protein C in non-reduced form only. The HYB 237-05-02 immunogen is protein C isolated from human plasma. Epitope specificity differs from that of HYB 237-01-02. NOTE: Concentration is lot-dependent and can vary from 0.85-1.15 mg/ml
